CONDOMINIUM RENOVATION

Condominium Renovation

Oakland, California | 1,110 SF

Comprehensive renovation of a 1,110‑square‑foot, two‑bedroom, two‑bath top‑floor condominium with views of the city and San Francisco Bay. Following a roofing failure, the unit sustained extensive water damage and was fully stripped to the studs.

The renovation included removal of the wall between the kitchen and living room to create a more open, light‑filled space and enhance long‑range views. Mineral wool insulation was installed at all exterior and interior walls and ceilings, and new double‑pane windows were added, resulting in a notably quiet and energy‑efficient interior. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully redesigned, and hardwood flooring and custom lighting were installed throughout.
